ENGLISH:

When spring is on the way, things happen in nature. Plants and flowers appear, animals and insects emerge and the temperature rises. But when does spring begin, and what signs are harbingers of spring? Get the answer below.

Spring in Denmark can be fantastic. The cold of winter gives up its grip on the country, and warmer temperatures take over. Typically, spring also means sunnier days.

And with more sun and warmth, things happen in nature. Life is bubbling up everywhere. Plants grow, trees sprout. Animals become more active. Some wake up from their dens, others hatch, and other species announce their arrival after staying in warmer climes.

Great.

The calendar can be deceiving, even though spring officially starts on March 1, it is far from certain that nature feels the same way. March can easily be full of snow and frost, so spring starts later.

Hvem er kunstforeningen for Helsingør og omegn / WHO IS THE ART ASSOCIATION for Helsingør and surrounding area

We are an association where everyone has the opportunity to show their art, we almost never censor, only in very special cases like the exhibition "Art cross borders", where we always collaborate with Helsingborg Art Association - this collaboration will take place for the 10th time in 2025 - it will be exciting. So you can participate in exhibitions, tours, galleries, general meetings, etc., where you can see art and crafts together with others with a common interest. You receive "Print of the Year" at the general meeting, where you also participate in the draw for art and crafts. Here you also have the opportunity to be chosen as "Artist of the Year" or with "Picture of the Year". The Art Association for Helsingør and the surrounding area collaborates with other art associations in North Zealand and with Helsingborg Art Association.

Kunstforeningen for Helsingør og omegn har altid været for både kunstentusiaster og udøvende kunstnere, og foreningen forbliver sådan, fordi vi mener, at dette giver foreningen den mangfoldighed, vi altid har haft, og som vi kan lide. Vi er en forening, hvor alle har mulighed for at vise deres kunst; vi censurerer næsten aldrig, kun i meget særlige tilfælde som udstillingen "Kunst krydser grænser", hvor vi altid samarbejder med Helsingborg Kunstforening - dette samarbejde finder sted for 10. gang i 2025 - det bliver spændende. Så du kan deltage i udstillinger, ture, gallerier, generalforsamlinger osv., hvor du kan se kunst og kunsthåndværk sammen med andre med en fælles interesse. Du modtager "Årets Tryk" på generalforsamlingen, hvor du også deltager i lodtrækningen for kunst og kunsthåndværk. Her har du også muligheden for at blive valgt som "Årets Kunstner" eller med "Årets Billede". Kunstforeningen for Helsingør og omegn samarbejder med andre kunstforeninger i Nordsjælland og med Helsingborgs Kunstforening.

If you are passing by Elsinore, then come in and explore Elsinore City Center's exciting shops. Here you will find everything your heart desires in both groceries and special goods. If hunger strikes, our eateries are ready. The Pop-up Gallery Helsingør Kunstforening is placed on first floor. Helsingør City Centre is located at the end of Stengade close to the Helsingør trainstation and Helsingør busstation. From there you can walk. If you come by car, we have 3 hours of free parking.

Hvis du passerer forbi Helsingør, så kom ind og udforsk Helsingør Bycenters spændende butikker. Her vil du finde alt, hvad dit hjerte begærer, både dagligvarer og specialvarer. Hvis sulten melder sig, er vores spisesteder klar. Pop-up Galleri Helsingør Kunstforening ligger på første sal. Helsingør Bycenter ligger i slutningen af Stengade tæt på Helsingør station og Helsingør busstation. Derfra kan du gå. Hvis du kommer i bil, har vi 3 timers gratis parkering.
